Our vehicles can be fitted with everything you need for overlanding across Namibia. Camping kits include a rooftop tent, full kitchen setup, camp chairs and table, LED lights, gas cooking gear, and more. We offer kits for 2, 4 people or however many people is in your group, and you can select your preferred equipment at checkout.

Yes! You can customize your rental with optional extras like:

• GPS units (N$75/day)

• Vehicle fridges (N$90/day)

• Satellite phones (N$140/day)

• Internet dongles, sand tracks, ground tents, and more

All extras can be added during the booking process. Prices are clearly displayed so you know the exact total cost of your rental up front.

There are no hidden fees. When you book online, you'll see all available extras and your final price at checkout — including your selected vehicle, camping gear, and any optional add-ons. What you see is what you pay.

You must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license. If you're under 23, a young driver surcharge applies:

• N$155/day (2025)

• N$175/day (2026) You can easily add this during the booking process.

We're in the process of offering full itinerary planning and trip bookings through our network. For now, we’re happy to provide local advice, suggestions, and introduce you to trusted partners — including campsites, lodges, and safari guides — based on where you’re headed.

Yes — we offer complimentary airport transfers for all confirmed bookings.

Here’s how it works:

• When you land at Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH), a member of our team will pick you up and drive you to our Windhoek office (about 40–45 minutes).

• At the office, we’ll complete the rental paperwork, walk you through the vehicle, and get you on your way.

• At the end of your trip, you’ll return the car to our office, and we’ll drop you off at the airport in time for your departing flight.

This service is free of charge and ensures a smooth, stress-free start and end to your Namibian adventure.

If your current driver’s license is:

• Written in English, and

• Includes a photo of you

—then you do not need an international driver’s license. Your existing license will be accepted.

If your license is not in English or does not include a photo, please contact our team before you travel so we can confirm whether you’ll need to provide an international permit.

Yes, all of our 4x4 vehicles include two spare tyres, a full jack kit, and essential recovery gear except for the luxury Toyota Fortuner, which comes with one spare tyre due to limited storage space. A second spare tyre can be provided upon request if you’d like additional peace of mind for your trip.

Absolutely. Our team is on call 24/7 to provide roadside assistance anywhere in Namibia and neighboring countries. Whether it’s a flat tyre, breakdown, or a question about your route, help is always just a phone call or a WhatsApp message away.

Yes, you can add a full camping equipment kit to most rentals, which includes rooftop tents, bedding, kitchen sets, fridges, tables, chairs, and more. This option is available for all vehicles except the Toyota Fortuner and Suzuki Jimny, which cannot accommodate rooftop tents.

Our camping kits are designed for both 2-person and 4-person setups and make your self-drive safari completely self-sufficient.
